West Group Developers LLC is seeking approval for a 76-unit housing project at 1927 N.W. 105th St. in Miami’s West Little River neighborhood.
The proposed complex would have multiple two-story buildings with one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom townhomes. Plans include a 2,400-square-foot clubhouse, a children’s playground and 105 parking spaces. The 4.15-acre site is on the bank of the Miami River.
West Group Developers is affiliated with Miami-based Modena Development, which bought the property for $950,000 in 2005. The developer has worked on the proposal for more than six years. Burgos Lanza & Associates is the architect.
