Miguel Rojas announced his retirement after the Milwaukee Brewers completed a four-game sweep of the Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League Championship Series.
The veteran infielder confirmed after the Dodgers' elimination that he had played his final Major League Baseball game. Rojas spent the past four seasons with Los Angeles and finished his playing career as a two-time World Series champion.
He said he hopes to remain with the Dodgers in a coaching or other organizational role as he begins the next stage of his baseball career.
