Vicor Corporation is seeking a U.S. import ban on AI server power hardware from Foxconn, Quanta and Delta in a patent dispute.
It is the company’s second attempt this year to bar such hardware from entering the United States. Vicor has secured an import ban before. Its latest request remains an effort to obtain a ban, not a ban already in force.
