Stanislav Carpiuc has been deported from the UK after his conviction over fires at properties linked to Sir Keir Starmer, the Home Office said. His destination was not disclosed.
Carpiuc, 28, was sentenced to two years in prison in June for conspiring to damage property by fire. Roman Lavrynovych, convicted alongside him, was jailed for seven years.
The case involved three attacks over five days in May. A car previously owned by Starmer was found on fire in Kentish Town on 8 May. Fire was discovered at flats in Islington where he had once lived on 11 May, followed the next day by a fire at the entrance to a Kentish Town home he owned and had rented to his sister-in-law.
The pair were reportedly directed by an unidentified handler suspected of links to the Russian state. A Telegram account called El Money offered Lavrynovych cryptocurrency payments for the attacks; an investigation linked the account to a diplomat whose father was a senior Russian official.
