Chief Sealth International High School’s girls’ soccer team is set to face Cleveland at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, October 22, at Nino Cantu SW Athletic Complex. The game could decide a championship, though the accounts differ on whether it is a district or metro title.
Chief Sealth will also hold Senior Night, honoring Caitlyn Lothspeich, Melanie Perez Ramirez, Astrid Rojas and goalkeeper Davis Mapes. Lothspeich shared the team’s plans and invited supporters to attend.
The Seahawks are listed at 8-1-2. Their earlier meeting with Cleveland ended in a 1-1 tie, and a later update says Chief Sealth beat Nathan Hale to secure Thursday’s matchup.
