Gavin Collins, 42, from Cheshire, faces extradition to the United States over allegations involving indecent images of at least five toddlers.
Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard earlier this month that an international arrest warrant accuses Collins of conspiring with a US nursery worker to produce images of children in her care and send them to him online. The alleged activity spanned January and February 2019.
Collins was already being held in the UK over a breach of a sexual harm prevention order when officers from the National Crime Agency’s extradition unit arrested him. The claims concerning the nursery worker remain allegations.
