Two people were killed and at least 17 injured as Russia and Ukraine struck each other’s power infrastructure. The attacks followed the collapse of a brief energy ceasefire declared unilaterally by US President Donald Trump.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Sunday that the United States had resumed sharing intelligence about impending Russian ballistic missile strikes. He thanked the Trump administration for restoring access, but said Ukraine had lacked that intelligence during three days of ballistic attacks on its energy infrastructure.
Zelenskyy also alleged that the US government had sought to send a message by limiting the speed of Starlink internet terminals in Ukraine. He said SpaceX carried out the restriction, hindering drone operations at the front and some air defense missions.
